Capital Injections
A Capital Injection is a promotional purchase that adds fictional Market Value to a listing the moment payment confirms, and that value begins decaying by design. If you made a purchase by mistake, contact us within 14 days and we’ll refund it. When a refund is granted, the injection’s remaining (decayed) value is removed from the listing — value already delivered and decayed stays part of history. Card refunds return to the original payment method; USDC refunds return to the originating wallet address.
Opening Bell bids
All Opening Bell bids are final, as stated at every point of purchase. Bids are spent when placed, not escrowed: being outbid does not refund you — you bought the hours you held, and every dollar you bid is credited to your listing’s Market Value at $1 = $1 whether you win or lose the slot. Bids beaten before your payment confirmed are likewise spent and credited.
Duplicate and failed payments
Payments are only ever credited once — duplicates are rejected automatically. If you were charged and nothing was credited to a listing, or a crypto payment can’t be matched, contact us with your wallet address or receipt and we’ll locate the payment on-chain and either credit it or refund it.
